Olympia Gallery offers a new space which transcends geographical boundaries and physical limitations to showcase exemplary graphic design work with the aim of building and fostering a stronger, more connected and conscious creative community.
Through digital exhibition spaces, visitors can navigate curated work, engage with new and exciting projects, link to the people behind it and visit the gallery's bookstore.
Open to the world on the 22nd of November, the first exhibition at Olympia Gallery is Graphic Design Festival Scotland's International Poster Exhibition – a curated selection of 192 posters designed by 257 designers from across the world, submitted to the festival's competition which received 8,567 submissions this year and has received 38,000+ submissions from 100+ countries since launching in 2014.
"Founded in 2014, Graphic Design Festival Scotland has been pivotal in curating a consensus on the world of graphic design ever since.” Ruby Boddington, It's Nice That.
Following the International Poster Exhibition, developing future exhibitions that focus on individual designers, dedicated topics, and curated group exhibitions will be our next focus.
